Marco Bistro is a hidden gem in Grand Rapids...it fills a much-needed void: food done very
well. Chef Mark McNamara can cook, and he could be the most underrated chef in
Grand Rapids.
One thing I have learned from all my travels is to listen to what the locals have to say — whether it is in Bangkok, Mumbai, San Francisco or Cascade. My nearby friends are 100 percent correct that they have a gem in Marco New American Bistro. Count me in as a new fan.
